We understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible. Most of our items ready to ship in 1–5 business days.
As a manufacturer, most of our products are in stock on a regular basis, However, sometimes we need to manufacture them, which may take around 14 business days.
In case you have purchased something that isn't in stock, we will contact you asap.
For wholesale and custom orders manufacturing time sometimes can be up to 4 weeks.
Our store sends orders from Israel. Standard delivery takes about 2 weeks to most destinations.
We also offer Expedited delivery and recommend to use it for bulk orders:

We make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order by specified time while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
Customs Charges/Import Duties:
all orders from USA, Europe, Japan Australia and most countries are Custom and Duties Free! all our orders come with apropriate documentation to exampt our products from any impot tax or duties. Contact us if you want to know wether your order is custom free in you country.
if you are asked to pay duties, reffer the courier delivering your package to documents attached to your package or contact us for help.
other local taxes such as VAT may apply, as per your local laws.
please note we can not be responsible to any mistakes by couriers or custom authorities for international orders, any duties, taxes or other import fees by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot alter Customs forms to indicate "Gift" status or otherwise. Complete invoices will be enclosed in the packages as postal and import/export regulations require.
Due to no fault of our own, on rare occasion packages sent via the delivery carrier never arrive at their destination. If the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, no replacement order will be sent. Claims for missing packages shown as delivered should be handled directly with the carrier or local police department.
If you have not received your package and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, please contact us for information regarding a replacement package. For international orders, we suggest checking with your local Customs office to inquire about your order. If your order was never confirmed as received by the carrier, we may replace your order or make a refund after 1 month from shipping date.
If your order was not received because shipping information provided during checkout was incorrect, this policy will not apply. Please contact one of our skilled customer service representatives to discuss your various options.
