Shipping Information

We understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible. Most of our items are ready to ship in 1-5 business days.

As a manufacturer, most of our products are regularly in stock. However, sometimes we need to manufacture them, which may take around 14 business days. If you have purchased something that isn't in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

For wholesale and custom orders, manufacturing time can take up to 4 weeks. (Orders of 10 or more packages of one item are considered wholesale, and in most cases we need to produce them.)

Special finishes - Shiny Copper plated, Gold plated, Rose Gold plated, Gun Metal, Vermeil and Rose Vermeil, Solid Gold 14K and Solid Gold 9K - are produced especially for your order, so production takes about 2-3 weeks.

All orders ship from our factory in Israel.

Standard delivery - trackable for most destinations, takes about 2-3 weeks.

Expedited delivery - recommended for bulk orders:

• FedEx International Economy - 5-8 business days (full tracking)
• FedEx Express - 1-3 business days (full tracking)

You can choose your shipping method at checkout.

We make every effort to pack and ship your order on time while making sure it is accurate and carefully packaged. Delivery may take longer during the holiday season (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday and others).

United States: U.S. import duty for goods made in Israel is only 15% - lower than for most other manufacturing countries. The duty is collected at checkout, so you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Please note: we do not charge U.S. sales tax. The amount shown at checkout as "Tax" is the U.S. customs duty on imported goods. Unlike sales tax, customs duty applies to all orders shipped from Israel - including purchases by businesses and resale-certificate holders, as required by U.S. import regulations.

European Union: EU regulations apply local VAT and customs fees to all parcels, charged per product type and collected by the carrier (the carrier may add a clearance fee of its own). We group items by customs code to keep these fees to a minimum. EU businesses: please add your VAT (EORI) number to the order - we will include it in the customs documents. This makes clearance faster and may reduce or exempt customs fees.

Other countries: Israel has free trade agreements with the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, Turkey, South Korea, Vietnam, Mexico and many others. Every parcel ships with Israeli certificate-of-origin documentation, so most destinations pay no import duty. Local taxes such as VAT/GST may apply under your local laws and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us to check the rules for your country.

We cannot mark orders as "Gift" - complete invoices are enclosed as required by export regulations. If a courier asks you to pay duties by mistake, refer them to the documents attached to your parcel or contact us - we will help.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for mistakes made by couriers or customs authorities on international orders.

On rare occasions, packages sent via the delivery carrier never arrive at their destination. If the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, no replacement order will be sent. Claims for missing packages shown as delivered should be handled directly with the carrier or your local police department.

If you have not received your package and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, please contact us. For international orders, we suggest checking with your local customs office. If your order was never confirmed as received by the carrier, we may replace your order or issue a refund 1 month after the last update in the tracking information.

If your order was not received because the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect, this policy does not apply - please contact our customer service to discuss your options.
