Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason.*

If you would like credit or replacement you just need to contact us within 14 days of delivery and send us back the items you don`t want. We only need to get back the items un-used and in their original shape. Please send it to this address:

It is recommended to send the order with registered mail since we can not be responsible for 'lost in the mail' or any damage while the shipping. Please make sure we can identify the return goods as yours (copy of your order/order # etc). As soon as we get the items back we contact you for credit or replacement.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*Please note Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged. 

*Orders that over 10 packages from one item, we produce in most cases especially for order. We accept returns only in special cases. So in case you need to return it please contact us to check if the return is available.  

Returning or Replacing Damaged Goods: 
If you received a damaged product - please inform us through email as soon as possible, We will make all the arrangements to return the goods or replace them or we will credit your account, Depends on what you choose, we deal with each subject individually.
